Here’s what’s quietly brewing: the U.S.—under the returning shadow of a man who once tried to buy Greenland—is now not only wrangling Mexico and Canada over trade deficits and tariffs (classic distraction theater), but also positioning to renegotiate, leverage, or outright bully for water rights.
